Abstract:
The duration of the weaning-to-conception interval is an important reproductive parameter determining the parity number, respectively the annual number of pigs produced from sows.
The aim of the present study was to analyse the duration of the weaning-to-conception interval depending on the parity and to evaluate its relationship with the litter size in Bulgarian Danube White sows.
