Iliev family house

The building is located on a small street near Vitosha boulevard that features mainly four- or five-storey buildings. It goes out to street regulation, shares a party wall with a new modern building on one side, and is small distance from a condominium on the other. The design creates the impression of Secession, mainly due to the shape of its gable consisting of convex arches, the tower-like bay window and the dynamic cornice line following all the curves and bends in both vertical and horizontal direction.
