Profitable building and residence of Krastyo Karamihalkov

This building is located on a street with residential houses, some of which have commercial premises. This particular house was not meant to serve commercial functions, but it is used currently as a shop and residence. It is three storey, stands separately on the regulated line of building and is next to Al. Radev's house. The design is mostly rationalized, but bears geometrical decorative elements and effects from the differential treatment of the facade materials, that would become visible after the restoration and would make the house really beautiful.
