Residential building of Brothers Ivanov

The collaboration between architects Fingov and Marichkov bears the unmistakable marks of the Secession. This particular building they designed right after the Laos Funk house. It is symmetrical and lacks the dynamics in the construction of a voluminous composition. But the architects' decision is justified by the urban character of the building located in the city centre, as well as by the party wall on one side that limits the possibilities.
