Residential and commercial building of Luisa and Dimitar Stanishev

The building is trapezoid in shape and is located at a 3-way intersection. It is withdrawn from the street front and there is a free space in front of it, allowing for better perception of the main facade. The distinguished Secession master Naum Torbov created a relatively simple look, consistent with the residential and commercial function of the building, as well as with the overall urban environment. At the same time, he managed to give it individuality and elegance, with the use of smooth curved lines and accents with floral decoration.
