Abstract:
This study examines consumer preferences for design patterns in contemporary women's
drapery dresses. A correlation is found between colors, shapes, and silhouettes of these dresses. The
study proposes methods to obtain numerical data on dress patterns based on shape factors and colors.
According to the results, consumers prefer dresses in basic colors such as green, yellow, blue, pink and
purple in combination with certain shape features. The results are valuable for consumers who want to
buy such dresses, as they help them make an informed decision. In addition, the research helps educate
fashion designers and professionals about preferred colors, shapes and silhouettes in dress design.
