Abstract:
The external and internal characteristics of eggs are important in determining their quality. In
the present work, the internal characteristics of eggs are examined and described. A comparative
analysis was made between six types of complex laboratory egg analyzers, their parameters and the
technological methods used to determine the different characteristics of eggs. Recommendations are
made for their use in practice.
