Abstract:
Bulgaria needs some change of the for balanced economic development. Now the world stands in the age of the ecology then we must give new meaning to the economic process of growth with sensibility use of the scantily economic resources. The humanity must give a new meaning to the influence on the nature and to concentrate the effort for a model of a balanced natural economic development suggest from the natural rotation.
