Abstract:
In this paper six general analytical models for amperometric membrane biosensors are purposed and researched. Biosensors can work in steady-state mode with product- or cosubstrate-sensivity electrochemical sensor. An analysis of input-output functions is made and parameter influences is evaluated. The results are represented in graphics. This helps one to design optimal biosensor systems.
