Abstract:
It has considered a convex half-round Billing cutter with interrupted cuting edjes, so called silling cutter with constructive feed notion along the tool profile.
This silling cutter has changed and controllable diagraa of the cut - the profile diagraa has changed with serial one. The serial diagraa has realized with chip divide channels aade on the cutting edjes. These channels has arranged at spatial helix which equation has got.
It has considered a possibility to control the serial diagraa of cut with variable axis helex lead.
