Abstract:
The cutting forces at non-stationary face milling are anaiized. At the each moment of cutting the cross section as well as the mean integral value of cutting metal depth are defined by computer simulation. It is assumed that the relative cutting forces are function of all the cutting process parameters. At the each moment of cutting both the tangential and radial cutting forces as well as them mean values are defined analitically using measured cutting forces in fixed workpiece coordinate system. The proposed simulation gives a possibility for both correct force definition and milling process controlling.
