Abstract:
The influence of the acting forces in tightening workpieces with round excentrics is experimentally examined.
The factors specifying the working conditions are the material and workpiece roughness, the existance and the kind of coolant fluid, the excentrics magnitude the duration of the tighteng-force inulience ets.
It is determined, that in equal working conditions the tightening forces are higher for bronze workpieces, smaller for cast iron and al¬most equal for steel. From the other factors the most significant influ¬ence is the workpiece roughness smaller of the excentrictity and least significant of the coolant fluid.
