Abstract:
A new two phase BCCD (bulk CCD/ charge coupled devices with increased - charge handling capability has been proposed in the work on the basis of comparative analysis of two well known BCCD. Treatment of this problem Is actual, since charge handling capability of BCCD is very small, that's why its increasing leads to greater output signal, .resp. greater signal-to-noise ratio. It has been proved by using a simple physical and mathematical model, that the charge handling capability of the proposed BCCD is greater than that of other known BCCD under equal other conditions — structure parameters and gate voltages.
