Abstract:
It is invent an analogous model with roller and disk by which are imitated the processes in standard order of warm-gears along BUS (Bulgarian Goverment Standard) .M' 15764-1983. The offered Model is prepared on a basis the contact line of flaying in the system warm-gear — warm-gear toothed wheel, distribution of the speed of slippery along the line of contact which is identity in case of real warm-gear and roil-disc model. With the proposal analogous' model can be investigate the behaviour of different kind of materials of gears and warm-gear wheel, the inclination towards flaying, as well as and the wear resistance of the materials. Through producing of the stand and giving the accordingly loading with several rolls (from different materials) can be reach and imitation of warm flying go one standard order by certain interaxis distance.
