Abstract:
Some investigation of the problems about the control of press tension in press junctions in axle-shaft of rolling stocks are presented. The waves of Stownly have been used to determine the state of contact surfaces from press junctions. The change in the waves diffusion rate trough the contact lager of the size of acting contact tensions was used as an informative undestroyable parameter. Based on experimentally confirmed theoretical model were obtained the dependencies characterising the effect of acting contact pressure on changes in the rate of concretely treated surfaces. The method makes possible the integral evolution of contact tensions by shifting the measuring system along the perimeter of press junction.
