Abstract:
In this paper the parametric vibrations of one unautonomous linear mechanical system with gears are studied in the neighborhood of the first and second parametric resonance. The obtained equations of motion are being investigated and the conditions of unstability of the system in the first and second approximation are determined. Much interest presents the fact that steady state vibrations in the neighborhood of the second parametric resonance do not in the first approximation while they exist in the second approximation.
