Abstract:
In this paper are presented the algorithms of an improved method for DSP based automatic industrial test of an analog filter, as a building part of a mixed-signal integrated circuit. The mathematical equations and the algorithm for creation of a test multitone are given, helping the one-pass execution of the complete test. It is given the algorithm of a method combining the use of the inversed characteristic and the quadratic approximation of the -3dB area in the filter transfer function. The results of the mathematical simulation of the application of the method are presented.
