Residential building of Brothers Ivanov - general view. The composition is dominated by the central two-storey volume that goes slightly before the flanking one-storey volumes. The three bodies end with a mansard roof that is well visible due to the fact that the building is low, and strongly influences the overall image with its volume and material. The building's ornamentation spreads horizontally: a wide white stripe with horizontal lines separates the ground floor from the rest of the house. There is a double cornice running under the mansard roof of the three bodies, and at a certain distance bellow it - another one. The two cornices are linked by slim vertical bands that shape separate panels on the wall. The friezes above the windows also have the effect of a horizontal line.
