Abstract:
The present work is devoted to designing, manufacturing and testing of a automatical rivers shaking device for a fluidized bed type drying instalation. The device is designet for intermediate shakk of the bag filter. The developed and introduced device is Compact, manufacturable and simple for production, reliable in exploatation. Its construction is explosion-proof and has dust- and moisture resistance. It is a variaty of a mechanism with shaking link and a pneumatic servo-cylinder is the driving element. Parameters of the device are established at which a highter shaking efect is obtained in comparison with the known technicals solutions Glatt.
